Richmond Portraits
In the last year Anthony Jones has
shown his black and white photographs of the city at the Victoria
and Albert Museum, London and AIPAD in New York (with the John
Stevenson Gallery).
For this exhibition "The Richmond Hill
Mob", in collaboration with the Burnett Gallery (a gallery devoted
to promoting photography as art), he has produced a series of
portraits of the people who work on Richmond Hill.
The show provides an interesting insight
into the variety of businesses and people who work on this hidden
away street of the Royal Borough and shows there is more to see
in Richmond then the view of the bend in the River Thames.
